Iran and India, the future rift for the US

After reading this Congressional Research Report, it appears that someone is seeking information on the Iran-India bond. From reading the report India needs energy, Iran has natural gas, and the two want to collaborate. However, Washington DC does not really want this...........who knows what will happen.
